Focused on condo buyers and sellers across the Portland metro.

Why focus on condos?

Portland's condo market behaves differently than single-family homes. Buildings have their own personalities, HOAs have their own cultures, and every association is at a different point in its maintenance plan. I built PDX Condo Finder to give buyers a clearer, plain-language view into that world.

Instead of trying to cover every property type and neighborhood, I focus on the urban and close-in communities where condos are a major part of the housing mix—Pearl District, South Waterfront, Downtown, Northwest, and select inner Eastside areas.

How I work with condo buyers

My job is to help you choose both a neighborhood and a building that fit how you actually live. That starts with a short conversation about your lifestyle, commute, budget, and what matters most to you day to day.

  • Clarify how you live and which areas support that best.
  • Tour buildings, not just units, to get a feel for common areas, parking, and amenities.
  • Use the inspection and document review period to dig into HOA reserves, budgets, and long-term projects.
  • Think about resale from day one so your future options stay open.

What I look for in a building

When I'm evaluating a building with clients, I'm paying attention to more than finishes and views. I'm looking at the age of the building, the quality of past work, reserve studies, special assessments, and how realistic the HOA's long-term plan really is.

I also factor in the small things that impact quality of life: hallway noise, elevator reliability, how garbage and recycling are handled, and what daily access to parking, bikes, and storage feels like.

A boutique, hyper-local approach

PDX Condo Finder is intentionally small in scope. The goal isn't to be the biggest real estate portal in Portland—it's to be the most useful resource for people who know they want a condo and value clear, honest guidance from one local broker.

If you're starting to explore condos in Portland—or comparing a few specific neighborhoods or buildings—I'm happy to be a sounding board, whether you're ready to buy soon or just gathering information.
